  7. The ISE 2100 is a secure Ethernet adapter designed for use in government,
  8. military, and commercial local area networks requiring a B1 Level of
  9. assurance.  The ISE 2100 security system consists of a network adapter
  10. installed within an IBM PC or compatible, drivers for SCO UNIX System V/386
  11. Release 3.2, version 4 and management utilities to define multiple secure
  12. virtual networks.  The ISE 2100 enhances a workstation's network operation
  13. system with trusted security services.  Security features include
  14. identification and authentication of users, mandatory access control and
  15. transparent encryption of all transmitted network data.  The ISE 2100 contains
  16. its own "Security Co-processor" for trusted operation.  Hardware features
  17. include an ultra high speed encryption processor and 16-bit DMA bus master
  18. architecture for maximum network throughput.  Software features include
  19. centralized management of audit and encryption keys for simplified security
  20. management, and an application programming interface for easy customizing.
